Here’s how we do this:

Once you hit send on my contact form, I’ll get back to you ASAP or within 24 hours so we can start chatting about all of the visions for your day, no matter what stage you’re at. Ask any and all the questions you may have, or let me know anything else you may need. I’m super flexible and while I really love to be able to hop on a call with all my couples before they book with me – we can always chat through email, text or whatever is easiest for you.

To reserve your date, all we need is your chosen date and general location. I’ll then send over an electronic contract and invoice for a non-refundable retainer payment, equal to 50% of your package. The remaining balance will be due one month prior to your elopement.

As soon as we’re all official, I’ll send over a “you’re booked” email with all of the information laying out the next steps in our planning process together.

All of my couples receive a personalized planning guide jam-packed with any and all the resources and information you’ll need when it comes to planning your experience!

Next, I’ll send you questionnaires tailored to your planning stage. These will cover your elopement and your preferences as a couple. They’ll provide the information I need to suggest everything necessary for planning your memorable experience.

By utilizing a combination of my extensive outdoor location scouting experience, google earth pro and misc. research – I am so stoked to show you all the hidden gems. I’m especially passionate about helping couples find off-the-beaten-path, “locals secret” type of locations so the two of you can have the most memorable as experience possible.

Typically couples booked me as little as 6 months, and as far out as 18 months. Reach out as soon as you have a confirmed date (or date range) and a generalized location for your day. I do have limited availability, especially during peak wedding seasons or for destination elopements, so the sooner the better.

It’s completely natural to feel a bit nervous or awkward in front of the camera, I’m a photographer and still feel wildly awkward in front of the camera. As your elopement photographer, my goal is to create a relaxed and comfortable environment where you can be yourself. I specialize in capturing genuine moments and authentic emotions, so there’s no need to worry about posing perfectly or feeling self-conscious. I’ll guide you through the process with gentle direction and encouragement, allowing your unique connection and love to shine.

My elopement packages start at 4 hours of coverage, all the way to multi-day events. My elopement packages include pre-elopement consultations to discuss your vision, location scouting assistance, coverage of your elopement day by myself as your photographer, high-resolution edited images delivered in a digital gallery, and printing rights to your photos. I provide all of my couple’s recommendations for other elopement vendors and assist with creating a timeline to ensure a seamless and stress-free experience from start to finish. My goal is to provide you with not just stunning photographs but also peace of mind knowing that every aspect of your elopement photography is taken care of with care and attention to detail.
